The items of the EI96 series are control transformers, not resistant to short circuits, built according to the European standard EN61558-2-2 which guarantees a product of quality and reliability ensured not only by the use of excellent materials but also by the constant method of construction and by our testing systems applied to the entire production.

To protect the transformers from overloads or short circuits, it is envisaged that protection devices (fuses) not supplied with the transformer, of the value indicated on the plate, must be used.

The peculiar characteristics of the EI96 series:

Primary voltage (optionally from 115V up to 400V)

secondary voltage (choice between 4V and 48V)

Possibility of distributing the total power up to 3 secondary (low terminal holder), 4 secondary (high terminal holder)
